Who will pay for customs and import duties?
Please note that some countries charge customs and import duties, and you may be charges for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges.

When will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking details.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can't ship to P.O. boxes as yet. If you have entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out and contact you for an alternative address.
