Exchange/Returns

What is your exchange/return policy?

Take a moment to choose mindfully and avoid ordering items you won’t use.

All item(s) except underwear(s) - may be returned for an exchange/refund and must reach us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags intact. If an item shows signs of wear, your exchange or refund request will be considered void. 

In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, underwear(s) cannot be exchanged/refund once the individual packaging has been opened. However, should the individual packaging remain intact and unopened, they will still be eligible for exchange/refunds.exchange/refunds.

Returns can be processed for store credit or monetary refund. 

Shop Credit: If you prefer to return the item(s) instead of exchange, you may opt for Shop Credit, which will be issued to your account at sourcecollections.com. Your shop credit will be valid for 365 days from date of issue and can be used partially or in full. Goods purchased using shop credit may not be returned or exchanged for a second time.

Monetary Refunds: Alternatively, you may opt for a monetary refund via your original payment method. Do note however, that there will be a S$5 return fee, which will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded to you. This fee helps us sustain our operations while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.

Are the items still eligible for exchange/refund after the 14-days policy?

Unfortunately, items that are received after the 14-days policy will be ineligible for exchange/refund. 

Can I return sale/discounted items?

All items that are discounted on our website are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, including marked down items and items in our physical space. Full-priced items that have been purchased with a discount code are applicable for an exchange or refund.

Returns, that are not eligible for exchange/refund will be returned at customer's cost - which will include return shipping.

I have used a coupon code for my purchase, are they still eligible for exchange/return?

Coupon code cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.

If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code under a single transaction, the coupon code used will be applied to the return item(s) and only the final paid price (after discount) will be considered for exchange/refund.

How can I make a exchange/return?

Simply follow the steps to make an exhange/return.

1. Download and fill in the Return Form. (click here)
2. Pack all the item(s) which you would like to return, together with the Return Form and ensure the parcel is well-packed and well-sealed.
3. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:

IMPORTANT NOTES (PLEASE READ):

  • All item(s) must reach us within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
  • Damaged, soiled, or sale/discounted items that are not eligible for exchange or refunds will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense, including return shipping costs.
  • Postage fees and duties incurred for returns are not covered.
  • We strongly recommend sending your return parcel back to us via a traceable delivery method such as SingPost SmartPac
  • We will not be responsible for any lost parcels sent back using non-traceable delivery methods or missing items due to poorly sealed parcels.
  • After your return has been received, please allow us 5 working days for your exchange/return to be processed.

When will I get my refund?

Refund will be made to your original mode of payment. 

Once we receive your return, please allow us 2 - 5 business days for your return to be processed, and then 3 - 5 days for your bank to process the refund to your account. We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on its way.
